Summary
Role overview
The Prestige Customer Service Team ensure that our customers receive the very best care following the purchase of their new home.
At Prestige, our customers expect their homes to be of the highest standard, and you'll make sure they are, by driving Prestige’s
high standards with your passion for quality and professionalism. Reporting to the field operations manager you will provide
excellent professional support to our customers, ensuring that homes are finished to the expected high standards, and all issues
are resolved efficiently and effectively. To cover the UK for all warranty and Internal Finishing visits requirements
Are you multi-skilled experienced in carpentry or decorating? Working efficiently and effectively as a member of the customer and
contract support team. We have opportunities for individuals to provide off site corrective or preventative maintenance and offer
after sales solutions to the Customer. Working on our modular built luxury park homes and lodges, siting, and once the home has
been sold and sited as we challenge the industry norm and drive for quality and innovation excellence.
Liaising with various departments you will be responding to customer call outs off site, evaluating and resolving issues (staying
overnight as necessary) and siting. Meeting our company service level requirements to provide a speedy, efficient and thorough
service. Representing the company by producing a quality finish and courteous advice is imperative in this role.

* Be comfortable with manual handling with weights of up to 20kg at a time
* Work to tight deadlines and changing priorities
* Understand and interpret technical drawings/plans

* Communicate effectively with both your colleagues and management teams
