Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) manages over 7,400 homes in the North of England. Our in-house team, Castles & Coasts Services (CCS), handles repairs, maintenance, and other services for CCHA properties.

Respond to emergency job requests.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a trade skill (electrician, joiner, plumber, plasterer).
Experience in property repairs.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
