The ideal candidate for the Account Manager role will handle incoming calls and maintain daily communication with customers, internal sales teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and sales support. You will manage customer pricing, credits, sales quotes, orders, invoicing, and returns, while also assisting with general sales inquiries to deliver top-notch customer service. It's essential to have a strong technical understanding of our diverse product range and to keep all customer records and company files organized and secure.

Having prior experience in internal sales can be beneficial. It's important to possess strong communication and listening abilities. A courteous and approachable phone demeanour is essential, along with the skill to connect with customers on a personal level. A positive mindset and a high degree of motivation are key traits we value. Being organised and detail-oriented is crucial, as is the enjoyment of collaborating in a dynamic team setting. We are looking for someone who is driven by targets and goals. Your role will involve guiding customers and promoting the latest gadgets, including PCs, audio-visual equipment, Xbox, PlayStation, and Apple accessories to our trade clients.
You'll be provided with a customer database to engage with, and this position is more about relationship building than hard selling. Those who can quickly learn about our products and their value will thrive in this role.
Occasionally, you may collaborate with other members of the Digitek team during busy periods, which will add variety to your responsibilities.
