Your Mission
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Mealzo's expansion. You'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on hustle to win new clients, grow existing accounts, and align marketing magic with sales success. If you love closing deals, building relationships, and shaping brand stories-this is your table.

What You'll Do
Sales & Client Acquisition

Identify, approach, and close deals with restaurants and takeaways
Present and demo our tech solutions tailored to client needs
Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to onboarding
Marketing & Brand Growth

Collaborate on campaigns that turn heads and convert leads
Feed insights from the field into marketing strategy
Help shape our voice across digital and offline channels
Strategic Planning & Reporting

Contribute to annual sales and marketing plans
Track KPIs and optimise performance
Prepare forecasts and reports for leadership
Team & Project Coordination

Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Support
Ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Mentor junior team members as we scale

What You Bring
4-7 years in sales, business development, or marketing
Proven B2B experience-ideally in tech, SaaS, or hospitality
Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth

What You'll Get
Base Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Up to 15% based on performance
