About the role:
Lead and Develop – plan and organise engaging learning activities, supporting children with complex needs in line with relevant legislation.
Mentor and Guide – supervise, train and support staff, ensuring high-quality early years provision through coaching and collaboration
Partnership with Families and Professionals – work closely with parents, carers and specialists to ensure inclusive, supportive early years placements.
Ensure excellence – Uphold First steps policies, oversee safeguarding, health and safety, and maintain a nurturing learning environment.

About the Nursery:
BOP early years specialist service is based on the site of Broadlands School, Keynsham.
We are a friendly team of experienced early years staff who specialise in children under five with special educational needs and disabilities. Most children are fully supported.
BOP children enjoy our outside learning spaces and exploring our local areas, they love the sensory experiences and the sensory room.
