To apply for this vacancy you will be required to complete an online application form available via the Gedling Borough Council website.

The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week (average) over a four-week rolling rota.

Our receptionists play an essential role in the day-to-day running of the leisure centre. They are responsible for all front of house duties including taking bookings and signing members into the building.

Our reception team also work behind the scenes to prospect potential new members, discuss membership options, deal with enquires and help with centre administration.

Candidates must have a good level of customer service, have experience in dealing with members of the public and be confident in using Leisure related IT software.
