Situated in a zero-carbon, Passivhaus building completed in 2010, our school boasts extensive and beautiful grounds, including a field, tennis court, reflection garden, playground, and adventure trail. The design of our facilities features spacious classrooms and wide corridors, providing fantastic breakout spaces for small group and one-to-one work.

Teaching Assistant
Montgomery Primary School is seeking exceptional individuals to join our dedicated team as general Teaching Assistants and an Early Years Teaching Assistant. We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals who are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every child can thrive, particularly during these crucial early developmental years.
At Montgomery Primary School, we are dedicated to adapting to the diverse needs of all of our pupils and families and pupils. Our dedicated staff work tirelessly to understand each child and their family as individuals, fostering strong relationships built on trust and respect.

Our Early Years provision offers a broad and engaging curriculum that lays the foundation for future learning and sets high aspirations for all. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pupils, helping them engage with their learning and develop essential communication and social skills. You will work closely with class teachers to implement tailored interventions, support individual learning needs, and contribute to a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
