Are you looking for a rewarding role in education? We are seeking Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to work in schools across Exeter. Whether you have experience in full-class support or working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), we have opportunities to suit you.
About the Role:- Providing support in the classroom, either with the whole class or in small groups
- Assisting students with SEND to access learning and achieve their potential
- Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:- Experience in a classroom or support role is preferred but not essential
- A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed
