Summary
Responsible Individual – Ofsted
Location: Yorkshire & Humber
Salary: £60,000
An exciting opportunity to work with a well-established, close-knit team, overseeing multiple homes and supporting with Ofsted registrations. This hybrid role combines quality assurance, compliance, and guidance, ensuring teams provide the highest standard of care to children and Young People.
Responsible Individual – Ofsted Overview:
- The post holder will oversee two established children’s homes;
- Support three additional homes through Ofsted registration, having an excellent ability to review compliance and monitor quality;
- Champion safe, nurturing environments for children with complex trauma (LD & EBD);
- Lead teams with empathy, purpose, and professionalism, providing guidance and effective communication.
- The post holder will meet regulations, making a real difference in the lives of children and the dedicated teams who support them.
Responsible Individual – Ofsted Skills and Experience Required:
- An experienced Responsible Individual with Health and Social Care;
- A strong background in complex trauma care;
- Wants to be part of a small, values-led organisation where people come first;
- Able to lead with integrity, emotional intelligence, and confidence;
- Strong leadership, compliance and Quality expertise.
Must have Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
