Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various business units as required.
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
Assist in the preparation and processing of reports and presentations.
Coordinate office logistics, including supply management and communication with vendors.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Support team members in project management by tracking timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a business environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £26.74
