Customer Service Manager – Harrogate - £28k - £30k + company bonus + excellent benefits
Our client is a well-established supplier of workwear, uniform and PPE solutions based near Harrogate, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers
• Presenting the company in positive light at all times
• Maximising sales opportunities both inbound and outbound
• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
• Liaising closely with other departments to ensure that delivery promises are fulfilled and highlighting any stoppages.
Requirements:
• Previous account management or sales experience is essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Keen attention to detail
• Good team player
