Position: Class Teacher - Specialist SEMH Provision
Location: SE16
Pay: £180 - £260 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP (Trial period leading to a September 2025 start)

We are proud to be working in partnership with a specialist educational provision that supports children with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a unique and meaningful opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to making a lasting impact.

The school provides a nurturing and structured environment for students who have experienced exclusion from at least one mainstream school. Many of these young learners arrive disengaged and disconnected from the traditional classroom experience. Here, they are welcomed into a setting that values empathy, creativity, and individual potential.

Our mission is to unlock each child's strengths, foster curiosity, and build confidence-supporting academic progress while developing emotional resilience and social growth. Every student has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and many are diagnosed with conditions such as Autism, ADHD, complex Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), or have experienced significant trauma or adversity.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Class Teacher to join this exceptional team.
