What You'll Do- Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Advise on best practices and platform capabilities
- Collaborate with clients to refine complex requirements
- Maintain high standards in code, documentation, and design
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture
- Experience with modules like ITSM, IRM, CSM, HRSD, and PPM
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD, and version control (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of ServiceNow security models and testing processes
