Duties:
Air and Road Freight Export operations.
Arrange collection of goods.
Taking airline bookings and processing these.
Processing/collecting export documentation.
Submitting export entries on CDS.
Following export procedures and dealing with special export requirements.
Communicating daily with overseas agents; suppliers and customers.
Providing updates with progress of shipments & sending post shipment documents.
Resolving issues and always providing excellent customer service.
Skills/Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years proven track record of AIRFREIGHT EXPORTS.
Good Freight Forwarding Export knowledge.
Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service profile.
Team player and able to use their own initiative.
Flexible to meet the requirements of this sector.
Customs knowledge of CDS & NCTS.
IT knowledge of Outlook, windows application. Knowledge of MultiFreight would be advantage, but not necessary as training will be provided.
Due to the DFT & CAA Legislation 5 year enhanced referencing & DBS to follow once successful.
Paramount to this specific role; integrity, discretion and honestly, when handling sensitive information, such in operational and financial matters.

Salary Band=27,000-£30,000 with great benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
