Maternity Ward Manager: Lead, Inspire, and Shape Exceptional Care
As a Maternity Ward Manager, you'll be a driving force in our maternity services, expertly leading the assessment, planning, and delivery of outstanding midwifery care within one of the NCA Maternity Wards. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of care we provide to women and their families.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead & Manage:Serve as the line manager for a dedicated team of midwives, clinical, and non-clinical support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
• Recruit & Develop:Take the lead in recruiting and selecting exceptional new colleagues, building a high-performing team
• Resource Management:Create efficient team rosters, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet patient needs
• Support & Guide:Provide supportive absence management, ensuring team well-being and continuity of care
• Empower & Grow:Champion the professional development of your team, nurturing their skills and empowering them to reach their full potential
