Are you a passionate and motivated Health Visitor – either experienced or newly qualified – who wants to make a real impact in the lives of children and families? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Wolverhampton Health Visiting Service is entering an exciting period of growth and development. As part of this expansion, we’re looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Health Visitors to join our 0-19 Health Visiting Team.

We are seeking individuals with strong leadership and clinical skills who are eager to contribute to the future of our service and support the families in our community.

What We’re Looking For:

A car owner/driver – travel across Wolverhampton is essential

A qualified Health Visitor who is committed to delivering high standards of care

Someone who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families

Your Key Responsibilities:

Be professionally accountable for maintaining high standards of practice in line with regulatory requirements

Manage a defined caseload, delivering efficient and effective care

Champion safe and effective clinical practice

Enhance the experience of children and families in our service

Contribute to achieving organisational goals

Deliver universal, preventative healthcare through the Healthy Child Programme

Work in partnership with external stakeholders to ensure families access the full range of support available
