*Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Company Administrator to help run our office smoothly. This person will handle day-to-day tasks like organizing files, scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and helping with basic HR and finance work.
*Main Responsibilities:
Keep office operations running smoothly.
Organize and maintain company records and files.
Manage office supplies and work with vendors.
Schedule meetings and take meeting notes.
Help with hiring, onboarding, and employee paperwork.
Assist with budgeting, invoices, and reports.
Make sure the company follows all rules and regulations.
Support company leaders with projects and tasks.
*Requirements:
High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Previous experience in an office or admin role.
Good organization and communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Able to keep information private and work independently.
*Preferred Skills:
Some knowledge of HR or accounting tasks.
