Summary

The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of a high end car-parts supplier based in Egham. Your role would be working as a parts administrator within the warehouse, performing a range of duties such as:

  • Supporting and assisting the accounting department, along with developing a high level of customer satisfaction in a safe and economical manner.
  • Liaising with the Parts Department on all procedures relating to the sale and distribution of parts.
  • Supporting with Stock Check routines
  • Financial spreadsheet analysis
  • Supporting with the processing of purchase ledger invoices
  • Supporting with freight dispatch and system update
  • Updating the Supplier and Customer Database
  • Carrying out other duties as requested

Candidates must maintain a professional and smart appearance, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.

The Ideal candidate will have proven experience within a logistics/distribution background, ideally with specific import/export experience.

Hours:

Monday-Friday

8am-16:30pm

Pay:

£12.50p/h (Can increase based on Experience).
