Director of Clinical Partnerships Reports to: Chief Executive Location: Hybrid working, Wednesday and Thursday, mandated office days in Wellesbourne, Warwickshire and offsite travel required Hours: Full time Salary: £61,000 +profit share Job Overview To support the Chief Executive in developing a customer-centric organisation, and leading clinical development and commercial performance across the portfolio reflecting evidence-based practice within the clinical and healthcare market. The Director of Clinical Partnerships is responsible for leading the sales and clinical development strategies across the portfolio of the organisations products, including liaison with the Learning Design and Quality directorate. They are responsible for creating strong partnerships with external organisations covering private, public and the 3rd sector and ensuring their clinical knowledge and expertise is shared at both a strategic level with the board and executive directors and an operational level with other staff members and our team of associates. This requires an excellent understanding of various long-term conditions, and developments within the clinical and healthcare sector to ensure EfH remains at the leading edge of health initiatives. This is a new role and there will be considerable opportunities to develop and evolve the position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Commercial Provides clinical leadership to the development and delivery of an effective sales and marketing strategy and an annual tactical plan to secure income targets Builds and maintains a thorough understanding of market size and target opportunities, ensuring products align with current and future customer needs Leads the development of a customer pipeline that secures the organisations strategic ambitions Leads the Income Generation team to grow our customer base through partnerships to attract new customers and repeat business Collaborates with partners to innovate and optimise the uptake of learning and development in healthcare in line with the organisations strategy Leads a team of clinical experts to ensure course content reflects current evidence base and further supports the development of our portfolio, using our Clinical Practice Advisory Group and other stakeholder networks Works across the organisation to ensure the clinical content of marketing and sales material is relevant and adheres to prerequisite clinical governance Customers Places customers at the heart of all learning activities, ensuring healthcare professionals can build their knowledge to improve patient care for those living with long term conditions Leads the development and delivery of exceptional external customer service Ensure clinical evidence base enhances the quality of products and services Ensures organisational systems, and any process changes, create a positive experience for customers and learners Ensures the charitys portfolio aligns with NHS career development frameworks Informs key strategic decisions by staying abreast of NHS and wider developments in health Partnerships Have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the ABPI code and apply this across all clinical activities Has a proven track record in responding to clinical and service development pathways which enables the charity to lead from the front Builds enduring partnerships with long-term clients and partner organisations to enable us to fulfil our ambition to provide innovative, leading-edge education and training in line with ABPI code Identifies key mutually supportive business partners to create mechanisms to improve patient care for people with long-term conditions Collaborates with partners to innovate and optimise the uptake of learning and development in healthcare in line with the organisations strategy. Develops a network of key clinicians across the health and care system, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnerships Organisational Supports the Chief Executive in refining an organisational strategy aligned with market needs As a member of the Executive Team, shares in organisational and strategic decision making Demonstrate, by example, effective cross-team working, building, and strengthening relationships with other directorates Act as Senior Responsible Officer for clinical activities These contents are not exhaustive or exclusive and post holders may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time in line with business needs.
