An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive educational environment in Grimsby. This permanent, full-time position commences in September 2025, offering the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of students aged 3 to 19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be an inspirational classroom practitioner with a commitment to delivering well-planned and stimulating lessons across the curriculum and ability range. You will have high expectations for all students and a belief that every child is capable of great things. Your role will involve establishing strong professional relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and the wider community, as well as implementing effective behaviour management strategies.

Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in subject leadership
- Ability to deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
