- Weekly Rate: £455 - £480
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Full Time- 8:30am to 3:30pm (Term Time Only)
- Contract: Long Term with potential for Permanent
We are hiring for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a modern, two-form entry primary school in Nuneaton. This long-term role is to support a Year 4 boy with ASD and challenging behaviour on a one-to-one basis, with the potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent)
* Proven experience supporting pupils with ASD and behavioural needs
* Confidence in managing challenging behaviour calmly and consistently
* Experience following EHCP targets and contributing to reviews
* The ability to work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider SEN team
* Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum and SEN strategies
