As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital part in helping pupils succeed by:

Providing one-to-one or small group support for students with additional needs
Providing one-to-one or small group support for students with additional needs

Assisting in the delivery of tailored learning strategies and interventions
Assisting in the delivery of tailored learning strategies and interventions

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

Observing and recording progress to support pupil development-academically and emotionally

Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (ideally with pupils with SEN)

A relevant qualification, such as Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential)
