About the role:
The core purpose is to assist the public as the first point of contact on operational parking enquiries and enforcement matters, acting as an ambassador for both the council and the city.
About the team:
This is an established and collaborative team who have frontline responsibility for managing a key corporate asset and undertaking associated civil enforcement responsibilities. The team adopts a pro-active and inclusive approach and is adaptable and responsive to changing requirements and service needs.
