We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a Dealership based in Guildford (GU1).

- Salary up to £29,000
- Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00
- 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

As a Sales Administrator, your role will involve providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the sales team, helping to ensure a smooth customer experience from order to handover. You will handle all aspects of the vehicle ordering process, check specifications, manage invoicing, and liaise with both internal departments and external suppliers.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records for both new and used vehicles, arranging registration and taxation, and preparing essential documents such as handover packs and finance confirmations.

Previous experience in a Sales administration, Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or similar role within the automotive industry is essential.

Sales Administrator: The key responsibilities

- Processing vehicle orders accurately and efficiently
- Verifying specification codes, finance details, and customer information
- Preparing sales invoices, handover packs, and delivery notes
- Maintaining vehicle stock books and internal records
- Liaising with the sales team, finance companies, and DVLA systems (AFRL)
- Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with documentation standards
