We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Work Assistant (BR9) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assist social workers in case management tasks.
Conduct interviews with clients to gather personal information and understand their needs.
Help in developing and implementing individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Provide support and guidance to clients in accessing community resources and services.
Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress notes.
Monitor client progress and report findings to the supervising social worker.
Attend team meetings and participate in client case discussions as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
Experience working in a social service or community support setting preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of community resources and social service agencies.
Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to helping others.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.01
