An established, people-focused business on the outskirts of Chester is looking for an Executive PA to support both the CEO and CFO.
You'll be the right-hand person to two down-to-earth and approachable leaders, playing a key role in making sure their time is spent where it matters most.

Executive PA Position Details:
• Location: Outskirts of Chester - OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL due to the remote location
• Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum DOE
• Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (4 days in the office, Fridays WFH)
• Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities as the Executive PA:
Supporting the CEO and CFO with both business and personal-related tasks, including:
• Diary management
• Organising meetings (UK and international)
• Arranging travel and accommodation
• Managing the CEO's inbox
• Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Ensuring the site and meeting rooms are well maintained
• Overseeing the receptionist and providing cover when necessary
• Minute-taking at meetings
Skills & Experience required:
To be considered for Executive PA role, you must have:
• At least 5 years' PA experience at a senior level
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint
