Summary

Opportunity Overview

The role of Student Onboarding Administrator is a key student facing role within the School of Health and Society. You will have the opportunity daily to make a difference to the lives of our students and be a part of their learning journey.

A key function of the role is to engage with students and academics to inform them of what is required to remain compliant so that students can access important placement opportunities to further their learning.

You will work closely with other key school staff in the Professional Services team to ensure a smooth journey through university onto a career in health.

Key Responsibilities

Report to and assist the Onboarding Coordinator, in ensuring that all activities and tasks underpinning student onboarding processes are timely and appropriately implemented and managed in line with university processes.

Provide an outstanding customer experience to students and staff in all aspects of student onboarding.

Manage the set-up of onboarding detail in the student information system as required.

Oversee the process for the receipt of onboarding documents.

Support students with ordering uniform and completing mandatory requirements.
