Summary

The role of the CF Assurance, Approvals & Business Change lead is to act as the CF programme’s SME on all assurance and approvals activities. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the CF programme is compliant with MOD assurance and approvals policies and becomes an exemplar of good practice. Additionally, the post holder will be expected to share knowledge with other programmes and contribute to wider organisational objectives regarding assurance, approvals and continuous improvement. 

Lead and manage assurance and approvals activities, as directed by the CF Programme Manager/Deputy Manager
Support the programme team in completion of business cases and approvals products.
Lead P3M coherence and assurance across the programme, on behalf of the Programme Manager.
Lead on preparation for major programme reviews including programme capability gates.
Lead on the management of CF business cases through the approvals processes.
Engage with Navy ACQ and NCHQ colleagues to maintain a current set of P3M requirements and ensure best practice is applied within the CF programme.
Line management- provide guidance and oversight ensuring your team are equipped and enabled to conduct their roles and fulfil their programme governance obligations and the MOD Deal.
