Thursday 29th May – 9:30am to 11:30am
Monday 2nd June – 2:00pm to 4:00pm
Monday 23rd June – 1:30pm to 4:30pm
Contract: Temporary
Rate: Competitive hourly rate
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client in Swinton for an experienced Minute Taker to attend and record formal meeting minutes on a temporary basis on the dates above.
This is a short-term assignment ideal for someone with a keen ear for detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and previous experience producing professional meeting notes.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend meetings at the client’s premises on the above dates
Accurately capture key points, decisions, and action items during each meeting
Use the provided minutes template to structure notes clearly and professionally
Type and submit completed minutes either on-site immediately following the meeting or remotely within an agreed timeframe
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in minute taking, preferably in a professional or public sector setting
Fast and accurate typing with strong written English
Ability to summarise discussions and identify key actions
Reliable, punctual, and discreet with excellent attention to detail
Confident working independently and to deadline
