Teaching Assistant - Llangors CIW School
25 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 5 hours per day
Required 1st September 2025
Fixed Term Contract for 1 year in the first instance.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated Teaching Assistant, who is passionate about supporting learning and building positive relationships with children with a range of needs, and who has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do so. You will work under the guidance of our teaching staff to implement and oversee agreed learning activities with individual and small groups of pupils, in or out of the classroom. This
may involve assisting in the planning, preparation and delivery of the learning activities, as well as monitoring pupils, assessing, recording and reporting on achievement, progress and development, under the direction of the class teacher. The successful candidates will need to be able to work collaboratively and flexibly and build good relationships with staff and key parents, demonstrating a respectful and caring attitude towards everyone in school.
