Crynodeb
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to deliver high quality professional services to our Clients in the North Devon Area. Flexible part time hours to be agreed. Applicants must have own car and be able to drive to appointments.
Responsibilities
· To carry out household tasks for clients including tidying, dusting, hoovering, washing floors and surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
· To change beds, undertake washing and ironing and put laundry away
· To cook and serve meals and snacks, following hygiene regulations and storing food safely, freezing portions as necessary
· To defrost and clean fridges and freezes, clean ovens and microwaves
· To empty and clean bins, putting dustbins out or bringing them in as necessary
· To change batteries in remote controls, fire alarms and other devices and lightbulbs as needed
· To help with shopping lists when food and household items are needed
· To follow all Age Concern policies and procedures
· To report any concerns to the service manager
· To ensure that clients benefit from all Age Concern services that are required
