NEW VACANCY – ARCHITECTURAL CAD DESIGNER – West BRADFORD
We are advertising this vacancy as a recruitment business on behalf of our client. We can therefore only accept applications from those with a permanent right to live and work in the UK.
Our client is a growing, progressive practice of chartered architects. The business has provided design services since 2012 and has an impressive array of local and national clients which are predominantly home owners, schools, retail and commercial organisations.
The business prides itself in listening to their customers to enable the implementation of unique and creative solutions. The ultimate goal being to make the construction process as painless as possible.
The management are hands on in their design studio and due to workload require a key CAD Designer who has at least 2 years’ experience of AutoCAD draughting within an architectural business. As a small team the work is varied and requires attention to detail whilst helping the Directors refine the design, specify the technical elements and oversee the builds.
To apply you must have work experience within the architectural field, good AutoCAD skills and good communication skills.
BIM technology knowledge would be useful (but not essential) as Revit has been introduced to enhance their capabilities.
You must also have a minimum HND in building studies and have a good knowledge of current building regulations.
Salary commensurate with experience ranging between £26,000 to £38,000. Full time hours/ flexible to be agreed.
