The ideal candidate will:

• have a true growth mindset, exceptional work ethic and a sense of humour.
• have good knowledge of skilled trades, high standard of work and typical costs.
• have excellent knowledge of health and safety and compliance legislation in public buildings and knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance procedures.
• have good knowledge of Health and Safety relating to premises, plant, and equipment.
• be ICT literate, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
• have the knowledge and experience of the context in which Maltby Academy operates.
