The Best Connection are excited to be recruiting for a FIRST LINE MANAGER to start work for our well established client, ALLIANCE AUTOMOTIVE LOGISTICS *Part of the largest car parts distributor in the world!*, to join their team working in a brand new warehouse based in Hellaby for genuine long term ongoing position.
The role of the FIRST LINE MANAGER is to oversee the day-to-day operation of the AM Automation Shift, to manage the team in order to meet targets and quality standards, to uphold health and safety standards within your department, amongst much more. This role will lead a team of warehouse operatives and ensure smooth operations through effective management, coaching and performance monitoring.

(SUN 1000-1830/ MON-THU 1430-2300)

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Supervision Opperational Efficiency Adhere to and Help Enforce Health and Safety Regulations Quality of Work Control Performance Monitoring and Reporting Continuous Improvement Enforcement Key Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably within a supervisory or management role Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control Experience in health and safety practices in a warehouse setting Skills: Strong leadership, coaching and team building abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good problem-solving and decision making capabilities Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in basic computer software (e.g., MS Office, Excel) Other details: Applications are completed online for your ease We will support you through each step of this simple application process Site Specific Benefits: Free onsite parking!
