What you'll do
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to provide essential support within our thriving Sixth Form. High Pavement Sixth Form is part of Nottingham College, and our campus is located in the heart of the City Centre. We offer GCSEâs and A Levels in more than 25 subjects for 14â18 year olds.
Who we're looking for
As our Sixth Form Administrator you will have experience of working in a busy office with proven excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills. You will:
Plan and prioritise own workload, meet and set deadlines using initiative
Demonstrate accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Have good communication and excellent customer service skills to work effectively with students, teachers, management, parents and other stakeholders
Help with student enquiries and provide support for events within the Sixth Form that may involve some evening events (max 8 per year)
Work cooperatively with the Sixth Form Operations Co-ordinator and Senior Management. We have a really positive culture within our campus and we are looking for a confident, positive and enthusiastic individual to join our successful team.
Interviews /Assessments are planned for: 12th June
