You’ll take ownership of recruitment admin, candidate communications, interview coordination, compliance checks and onboarding
tasks – all while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and keeping candidate experience front and centre.

What you'll be doing:

* Support the Recruitment & Onboarding Business Partner with end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
* Administer recruitment processes, from advertising and candidate sourcing to coordinating interviews and issuing offers.
* Ensure all pre-employment checks, right-to-work documentation, and DBS requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Be a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for new starters, assisting with inductions and onboarding.
* Help build our employer brand and online presence through career pages and social media activity.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements across recruitment and onboarding.
* Provide training to managers on recruitment systems and best practices.

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in a recruitment role - either in an agency or internal setting.
* A strong ability to work at pace and manage multiple vacancies
* Excellent attention to detail, especially when it comes to compliance and candidate data.
* Proven experience in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
* A friendly and professional approach to candidate engagement and onboarding.
* Experience in onboarding administration (e.g., right-to-work checks, DBS, contracts) is advantageous

Interview Process:

* The interview will be competency-based, to assess your skills and suitability for the role. Interviews will take place week
commencing 16th and 23rd June 2025 in our Liverpool City Centre office.

Additional Information:

Each successful applicant will be required to complete the following pre-employment checks prior to a start date being agreed:
