You'll be joining a global leader in its field that operates across Europe and the Americas as a Recruitment Advisor.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Liverpool, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technology roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across a complex matrix organisation, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for tech and digital roles
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
- Coordinating with external agencies and internal teams to meet hiring needs
- Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, global environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Structured and detail-orientated
- Ability to build relationships
- Basic knowledge of HR
- Familiar with Recruitment Systems
- Tech recruitment experience
