Job Title: Engineer Support Administrator
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting an Engineer Support Administrator to join our team.
With a strong sense of Customer focus, you will provide exceptional customer service and business support day to day, working in a regional administration team to help facilitate our nationwide coverage and provision of Mechanical & Electrical Services.
Working hours – This role requires flexibility to work alternating shifts of
Week A – 11pm-7pm
Week B – 12pm – 8pm
The successful applicant may also be required to close the office on an evening ensuring the building is safe and secure
Day to Day Duties
• Providing support to the client and answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Allocation of internal engineers to call outs and maintenance visits
• Raise Purchase Orders for engineers
• Process completed jobs through to invoicing
• Manage and maintain customer portals with real time data
• Distribute compliance certification
• Effective communication with all levels of internal teams and external customers
• Become familiar with daily operations and the specific requirements of customer contracts
• Undertake any other duties as requested by the Team Leader, Admin Manager
• Promote and maintain CMS culture and values
Role Requirements
• Good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard), which will include an English and Maths qualification.
• Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel,
• Use of Job Logic be advantageous but not essential as training would be provided

• Must be detail conscious, accurate and methodical
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to work systematically and use own initiative.
• Able to work on more than one task at any given time.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Calm manner and able to work under pressure against rapidly changing demands and priorities.
