Job title: Infor M3 Integration Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Integration Specialist for a futuristic position. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Infor ION, MEC, API-based integrations, and modern middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and Informatica Cloud. This role requires hands-on experience with both cloud and on-premise architectures, data mapping, monitoring, and ERP data flows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust, scalable integrations between Infor M3 CloudSuite and third-party applications using: Infor ION, ION API Gateway, ION API Toolkit, Business Object Documents (BODs), M3 Enterprise Collaborator (MEC), Infor Process Automation (IPA) and M3 Adaptation Kit (MAK)
Develop and manage data transformation workflows using: MuleSoft (including DataWeave), Dell Boomi, Talend Open Studio, Informatica Cloud Data Integration, Altova MapForce, Microsoft BizTalk Server, Apache Camel, and IBM MQ
Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to gather requirements, map data, and define integration architecture.
Ensure data integrity and security across integration touchpoints.
Implement monitoring and alerting tools for integration health and system performance using: Grafana, Nagios, Prometheus
Track project progress and manage deliverables using: Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project
Provide technical documentation, troubleshoot issues, and offer post-deployment support.
Collaborate with BI teams for seamless data integration into Infor Birst analytics environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, with a focus on Infor M3 CloudSuite.
Proficiency in integration design using Infor ION, MEC, API Gateway, and BODs.
Strong understanding of middleware and ETL tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, BizTalk, and Talend.
Experience with enterprise messaging and data exchange tools: IBM MQ, Apache Camel.
Familiarity with Infor Birst and supporting data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: Grafana, Nagios, Prometheus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.
Infor or integration platform certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer).
Experience with hybrid integration architectures (on-premise to cloud).
Working knowledge of security protocols, GDPR compliance, and RBAC models.
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
