Job description
A fantastic opportunity has become available at CBM Partners LTD in Dursley for an apprentice to join the Administration team.

They are looking for a confident, proactive and punctual candidate who is willing to learn and grow within the team and progress into a full time position on completion of the apprenticeship

As an Apprentice Administrator, you will support the day-to-day running of the office alongside the experienced Office Administrator. This hands-on role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable skills in both general and sales administration, with full training and support provided.

Duties will include:

Preparing and sending sales quotes and estimates
Ordering products and liaising with suppliers
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Managing office supplies and reordering when necessary
Assisting with staff holiday records and other basic HR tasks
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Answering phones, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors
Contributing to the smooth running of the office
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration level 3 qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by a Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

To become an apprentice, you must:

Be 16 or over
Not already be in full-time education
As an apprentice you’ll:

Complete a Business Administration level 3 apprenticeship standard
Have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace
Learn and train for a specific job
Get paid and receive holiday leave
Get hands-on experience in a real job
Study for at least 20% of your working hours
Complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship
Be on a career path with lots of future potential
