Description
The Apprenticeship & Early Careers Partner LBS-010 plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by nurturing and developing talent through apprenticeship and early career programs. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about creating opportunities for young professionals and assisting them in their journey towards successful careers. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive apprenticeship and early career initiatives that align with our organizational goals. Collaborating with educational institutions, industry partners, and internal stakeholders, you will establish programs that provide hands-on experience and foster personal and professional growth. In addition, as the point of contact for prospective apprentices and early career candidates, you will facilitate engaging recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience, from application to onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the talent development landscape, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in career pathways. Responsibilities
Design and implement apprenticeship and early career programs that align with business objectives.
Partner with educational institutions and industry bodies to establish effective recruitment initiatives.
Coordinate the recruitment process for apprentices and early career candidates, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop relationships with community organizations and schools to promote apprenticeship opportunities and enhance candidate pools.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of apprenticeship programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship and support to apprentices throughout their training period to ensure successful transitions into full-time roles.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify workforce needs and develop targeted training programs that bridge skills gaps.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in program management, talent development, or HR, particularly in apprenticeship and early career initiatives.
Strong understanding of the labor market and talent acquisition best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and report on outcomes.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent development strategies.
Proficiency in project management tools and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
