Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Complaint Investigator for the position LBS-010. As a Complaint Investigator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our organization by thoroughly examining and resolving complaints filed by stakeholders, clients, and customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each complaint is addressed fairly, transparently, and in accordance with our policies and regulations. You will engage with various internal departments to gather relevant information, analyze facts, and compile comprehensive reports. This position requires a strong commitment to ethical practices and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. You will not only be the voice of assurance for our stakeholders but also contribute to improving our procedures and policies based on the insights you gather during investigations. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough investigations of complaints received from stakeholders, clients, and customers.
Review and analyze evidence, documentation, and witness statements to assess the validity of complaints.
Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations for resolution.
Collaborate with various internal departments to gather necessary information for investigations.
Communicate effectively with complainants to keep them informed of the investigation process and outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies to prevent future complaints based on investigation findings.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards during investigations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice, sociology, or administrative law.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in complaint investigation or a similar role.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex situations and evidence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder interaction.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in using investigation tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £22.83
