Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages children's curiosity and exploration.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
Collaborate with other educators to develop a cohesive curriculum that supports children's learning.
Drive initiatives that promote inclusive practices within the nursery setting.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the learning environment.
A commitment to ongoing professional development within the field of early years education.
The hours of work will be from 9:00 - 18:00.
