Summary
We are looking for Passionate, knowledgeable, experienced Level 3 Qualified Senior Early Years Educators
This is a full time position between Monday to Friday 7:30am - 6:30pm, all year through.
Experience working in Early Years is vital to this role, requiring enthusiasm, reliability and a proactive approach towards their work and their colleagues. Supporting the management team and role modelling to team members

The successful applicant will have an excellent team working ethic and will be able to bring suggestions and ideas to the setting and enhance our practice. Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, recording observations, assessment and progress, planning next steps and individual learning plans for key children. Keeping records up to date and compliance with EYFS requirements, Communicating with parents. Experience supporting children with additional needs, EAL, completing referrals and IEPS. You need to be motivated with the determination to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for children in your care.
Qualifications Essential:
Full and relevant Level 3 or above Childcare qualification.
Current Paediatric First Aid if qualified after 30/06/2019.
An enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory professional references are required before any employment can be confirmed.
