More Recruitment are recruiting 5 full-time Van Drivers to join our client’s busy delivery team based in Cornwall (PL26) to start 20/05/2025
Job Details:
• Position: Van Driver (5 positions available)
• Location: Cornwall, PL26
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
• Hours: Up to 10 hours per day (Minimum 8 hours guaranteed)
• Duties: Parcel collections and deliveries across Penzance, Plymouth, and North Devon
Induction Process:
• Day 1: On the road with a full-time driver
• Day 2: Health & Safety training and driving assessment
Pay Rates:
• £12.21/hour flat rate
• £18.32/hour overtime rate after 12 weeks of continuous work
Requirements:
• Age 25+ (due to insurance requirements)
• Minimum 2 years of van driving experience
• Reliability, good knowledge of local routes, and excellent customer service skills are essential
