Self Employed Delivery Driver
Dash Express is seeking reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Self-Employed Delivery Drivers to join our growing logistics network. We offer flexible opportunities with options around van hire and courier insurance—perfect for drivers looking to get started without upfront investment in a vehicle.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Arrival by the start time and assist in the loading of vehicles and general sortation of the consignments.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and general parcel sorting
• Leave depot and make deliveries within designated area – average 50/80 drops per day
• End of day – unload and labelling of collections and non-deliveries
• End of day de-brief with operations team
Personal Specification
• Previous experience of multi drop deliveries
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the area
• Good time keeping
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident in dealing with people on the phone and in person
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Full driving licence
• Valid DBS check must be provided
• Experience with HHTs
