Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children in Key Stage 2? A welcoming mainstream primary school in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a dedicated and experienced TA to join their Year 4 class in September.
This long-term role offers the chance to work closely with pupils within a Year 4 class, supporting both academic and social development in a stable, structured environment.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting teaching and learning across Year 4
- Running small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils who may need additional guidance
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
- Assisting with planning and delivering engaging learning activities
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
- Has recent experience working in a KS2 setting
- Is confident supporting the national curriculum and preparing pupils for assessments
- Works well in a team and communicates clearly with staff and pupils
- Is looking for a long-term role and can commit to the full academic year
