With more emphasis on care being delivered in the community to prevent hospital admissions and facilitate early discharge, there has never been a better time to join the Community Children’s Nursing Team in Tower Hamlets.
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to join our team, to deliver care within an integrated way across the community. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover study leave.
Your focus will be on delivering day to day evidence-based nursing care and case coordination for children and young people aged 0-18 with acute, short- and long-term nursing needs. You will adopt a person-centred care approach, focusing on the individual needs of the child and their families, encouraging active engagement to empower and create independence whenever possible.
At Young Barts Health, we believe you offer the best care to your patients when you feel supported and can work in a way that suits you, your life, and your family. As a flexible employer we will support you with this is the best way we can.
