Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor production processes and report any deviations or issues to management promptly.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees by sharing best practices and operational procedures.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines in a timely manner.
Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following housekeeping standards and promoting workplace safety.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar operative role or industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an operational setting.
Ability to operate various machinery and tools relevant to production activities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 06:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.33
