**Brake Press Operator**
**Location:** Pershore
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM 1:00 PM
(39 hours per week, with possible overtime)
Other shifts like night shifts may be required depending on business needs.
**Pay: £12.22ph**

**The Role:**
Were looking for a **Brake Press Operator** to join our team. Youll be setting up and operating an **Amada Brake Press** to make metal parts following technical drawings.
**What Youll Do:**
* Set up and run the brake press machine
* Check machine settings for accuracy
* Keep your work area and machine clean and tidy
* Follow all safety procedures
* Meet daily production targets
* Complete simple paperwork (e.g., time sheets)
* Work as part of a team and follow company rules
**What Were Looking For:**
* Good communication skills
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Reliable timekeeping and attendance
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Health & Safety aware
* Focus on quality and detail
* Motivated to do a good job
